What To Expect
A high energy and interactive training experience focused on enjoyment and unforgettable memories, your child will be educated and develop their skills across the following areas:
- Tennis Fundamentals: Our Tennis coaching system ensures that all players are taught the fundamentals of the game to an expert standard. Correct grips, athletic movement patterns and key motor skills. Essential for all throughout life, not just on the tennis court
- Movement Patterns: Become a super mover with our movement pattern framework. All our players are taughtthe essential footwork patterns of tennis to ensure they can move around a tennis court efficiently at all levels of the game.
- Learn the game: As part of our programs we run two FREE competition Sunday’s throughout term. This is a chance for players to put everything they have practiced into effect on the match court – with coaches present to help and team mates to support. It’s the perfect introduction to tennis matches.

Tennis class – General Information
This is how a typical lesson is structured. Each week we have a different theme, meaning that every part of your child’s development is taken care of.
What does a lesson look like?
- 15 mins – Super movers: Development of players essential movement patterns
- 30 mins – Technical & skill development: Different theme of the week to ensure that players are progressing all essential parts of their junior game. Theme of the week includes:
Serve & Return, baseline players, approach play, match court skills - 15 mins – Tactical & matchplay development
